Fabrice prepares a lot for his guests. Starting with a nice written guide that is also available in english we had all the necessary information and a lot of nice tips for activities all over Martinique. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Only minor things like a pair of scissors might miss, but in summary we had everything we needed for our stay.
I highly recommend bringing a good anti mosquito spray otherwise you will suffer from dozens of bites per day.
Regarding the location we were really satisfied. With less than 30 minutes by car to nice beaches in the south of Martinique and a maximum of 2 hours to the northern end of the island it is well located.

Staying at Fabrice’s was absolutely lovely. We had trouble finding it on arrival as it was getting dark and he drove out to save us and escort us. So sweet! The house was super clean and we loved having the open kitchen to cook in. Fabrice had Rhum waiting for us and the kitchen is well stocked with tools and dishes. We had such a great time at Fabrice’s!  The place is lovely, and so well equipped.  Very well situated to visit the south, and the pool is a great extra to finish your day.  We took the first night diner option... and it was one of our best meal on the island!
The handbook of things to see is one of the best we have seen and it was very helpful.
An advice if you come from the airport and you put Le Marin on your GPS... stay on N5 up to the end of Le Marin what ever you GPS tells you to do, trust me, and trust Fabrice’s directions! ;)

Fabrice place was fantastic. It looks exactly like the pictures (if not better). We are looking forward to booking it again but this time, for a longer period (4 nights were not enough).

Close to the town, a lot to see & do. 

As well, if you come unprepared, Fabrice put together a few very good recommendations (from snorkelling to restaurant) in his guide.

We very much enjoyed our stay and amenities were exactly as described. Fabrice was very helpful and left suggestions on where to eat and visit while in Martinique. This place is absolutely wonderful. It exceeded every expectation. There were plenty of amenities and it is a new construction so it is very pristine. The location is very easy to find thanks to instructions in English and en Francais. There is also a very helpful guidebook to enjoy your travels.
